The Role

As a Store Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection), your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, along with creating a welcoming environment in Coles stores. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing a checklist of cleaning tasks spanning all store departments and areas.
  • Utilizing a variety of equipment and products for tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors within the store, as well as in team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the shelving and equipment in the store, team rooms, and toilets by dusting and wiping.
  • Collecting shopping trolleys from both inside the store and the store car park, regardless of the weather.
  • Working indoors and outdoors, often independently.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with the following qualities and skills:
