  • To deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer service
  • Champion new ways of working within the store with a positive attitude
  • Maintain ‘best in town’ standards in all tasks and processes
  • Serve and sell across all channels effectively
  • Provide customer feedback to support improvements

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
  • Maintain high presentation standards and keep the store clean and tidy
  • Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively
  • Share customer and colleague feedback for continuous improvement
  • Share knowledge and experience to support colleagues
  • Take ownership of learning and development, accessing digital learning solutions
  • Be aware of daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
  • Possess good product knowledge to recommend products and services
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
  • Understand store priorities and contribute to them
  • Complete tasks quickly and in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Minimize costs and waste through good process practice
  • Follow safe and legal working practices
