Purpose:
- To deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer service
- Champion new ways of working within the store with a positive attitude
- Maintain ‘best in town’ standards in all tasks and processes
- Serve and sell across all channels effectively
- Provide customer feedback to support improvements
Key Accountabilities:
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
- Maintain high presentation standards and keep the store clean and tidy
- Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively
- Share customer and colleague feedback for continuous improvement
- Share knowledge and experience to support colleagues
- Take ownership of learning and development, accessing digital learning solutions
- Be aware of daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
- Possess good product knowledge to recommend products and services
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Understand store priorities and contribute to them
- Complete tasks quickly and in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Minimize costs and waste through good process practice
- Follow safe and legal working practices
