Job Description:

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will involve responding to inquiries from Virginia Medicaid members and healthcare providers. Using standard scripts and procedures, you will be responsible for assessing caller needs, researching and resolving inquiries, and documenting calls. Your role is pivotal in providing clear and concise information regarding eligibility, claim status, and provider enrollment status, all while following documented policies and procedures. Your dedication ensures that Medicaid recipients and providers are well-supported in their needs.

  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish proficiency, are preferred.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Successful clearance of a criminal background check and drug test.
