The Cross-Channel, Cross-Category Marketing Team (XCM) at Amazon is composed of a diverse group of professionals committed to leading cross-channel campaigns for one of the world’s largest advertisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, organizing events, and coordinating travel, among other duties.

Key job responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and travel coordination
- Plan and organize events of various scales
- Cultivate positive team dynamics and foster relationships both internally and externally
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of experience at Amazon
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in executive-level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and discretion

Compensation for this position is region-based, ranging from $59,400/year to $142,800/year, depending on the geographic location and relevant job experience.
