Position: Home Based Telephone Market Research Interviewer
About The Role:
Ipsos has flexible opportunities for Telephone Interviewing positions and is looking for bright, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join their team. This position allows you to work from home, conducting market research telephone interviews using your own personal computer. You won’t be required to sell anything, and the work is described as interesting, flexible, and varied. The work is on a casual basis, allowing you to pick your shifts and the number of hours worked, and you are free to work for other employers. Some experience in customer contact and one-to-one communication is beneficial but not essential.
Essentials:
- A laptop/PC running Windows 10 or above
- A compatible USB connecting ‘call center style’ headset with a microphone
- A stable and strong broadband connection
- Unrestricted access to somewhere quiet and private for the duration of any shift
- Full training provided by remote webinar

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct high-quality market research surveys over the telephone from home
- Be confident and polite when engaging participants
- Gather information exactly as scripted from a questionnaire built for that client
- Ensure accurate responses are gathered without influence
- Conduct each interview according to the given specification
- Instill confidence and assurance with members of the public and business contacts
- Act as an ambassador of Ipsos, the client, and the industry
- Ensure the participant is left feeling positive about the interview experience
