Foundever, formerly known as Sykes and Sitel, is currently hiring for the position of Licensed Insurance Virtual Customer Service Agent. This role involves providing customer service for global industry clients in the areas of insurance, technical support, and warranty options. All calls are inbound, with no cold calling involved.

- Interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations.
- Complete a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks.
- Complete carrier certifications to obtain “Ready to Sell Status” for multiple insurance providers.
- Conduct a weekly review of quality standards, metrics, and performance.
- Ability to complete pre-licensing courses and pass the applicable state exam and background screenings.
- Organized self-starter, dedicated to self-study, and comfortable in a continuous learning environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening if applicable.
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
- Candidates are required to use their personal device for pre-licensing training. Computers/laptops or tablets can be used. Cell phones, Chromebooks, Amazon Fire/Kindle Tablets are NOT allowed.
- Company-provided equipment is provided after passing the state exam for product training.
- Minimum internet speed required: 15.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed.
- Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
