- Compensation: Agents earn $14 per hour. After completing training and nesting, agents are eligible to earn a $1 per hour differential (provided they have worked a minimum of 78 hours in the pay period), bi-weekly attendance incentives, and monthly KPI incentives.
- Training: Training hours are currently scheduled from 8 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday, for 4-5 weeks.
- Shift Hours: Agents must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 8 pm EST.
- Role: Call Service Representatives handle a high volume of inbound calls related to healthcare member and provider inquiries. They provide assistance with billing, claims, enrollment, benefits, suggestions, and complaints.
- Key Performance Indicators: Agents are evaluated based on factors such as inquiry accuracy and completeness, productivity, call resolution, overall satisfaction, and call handle time.
- Reporting Structure: Representatives report to a Supervisor and Manager.
- Call Center Experience: Candidates should have prior call center experience.
- Health Insurance Experience (Preferred): Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Remote Work Setup: Candidates must have a private workstation to perform their work and a reliable internet connection, including a router with an Ethernet jack for connectivity to the PC.
- Skills: Ability to navigate multiple computer screens, answer healthcare member and provider inquiries, and type information into the computer system simultaneously. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, work well in a team, independently, and possess a positive professional attitude. Detail-oriented, computer literate, strong reading comprehension and writing skills, and problem-solving skills are essential.
