- Position: Used Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative

- Shift: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday – Friday
- Hourly Rate: $17.00
- Training Location: Alpharetta, GA (3 weeks of training in-person, followed by remote work)
The Customer Service Representative I is a versatile role that involves collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management while relying on strong customer communication skills. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound sales calls, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, interacting with customers, providing information in response to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and answering questions.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve concerns, issues, and disputes to meet customer expectations. Implement customer communication protocols.
- Rental Sales: Handle all rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and acquire new customers.
- Inventory Management: Be accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands.
- Workflow Management: Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
- Purchase and Repair Orders: Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
- Parts Management: Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty.
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agency policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- One year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service.
